Terms of use

Last updated 2 November 2026.

1. The service

FAHIM (Facility Augmented Human Intelligence Management) is a planning tool for facility and property teams. It turns a property brief you enter into staffing assumptions, budget ranges derived from historical contract records, and a shortlist of publicly advertised providers, and lets you save and export the result as a report.

FAHIM is operated by Limitls AI (“we”, “the operator”), based in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Registration identifiers and a registered address will be added here once published by the operator.

2. What FAHIM is not

FAHIM is not a quotation, valuation, legal, engineering, safety or compliance service. Budget ranges are computed from historical contract data and are labelled as history: they are not current market prices, not a provider's quote, and not a prediction of what you will be charged.

Staffing estimates are planning assumptions computed from the inputs you provide. They exist for cleaning and lifeguard coverage only; security and other services use the deployed-unit quantities you enter yourself. Nothing in a report certifies that a staffing level meets any legal, licensing or safety requirement.

Provider shortlist entries come from providers' own public advertising. A listing means the provider advertises the service; it is not a licensing, insurance, quality, financial-standing or availability verification, and not an endorsement. Always obtain current quotes and carry out your own due diligence before contracting.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You need an account with a verified email address to run assessments. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Optional two-factor authentication is available and recommended.

Business profile details (company, country, role) are self-declared. FAHIM does not perform identity or business verification at signup.

4. Plans, allowance and payment

The Free plan includes one full-scope assessment per account, for the life of the account. The Pro plan is AED 499 per month and includes 20 new full-scope assessments per paid period.

A full-scope result — one where every selected service is priced — consumes one allowance when it is first created. Results that fail, or that come back partial or with insufficient data, never consume allowance. Viewing, re-opening and downloading saved reports is always free. Recalculating a report as a new version consumes allowance like a new assessment.

When a paid period's allowance is used up, you wait for the next period; unused allowance does not roll over. Payments are processed by Stripe; FAHIM never sees or stores your full card details. Paid features are granted only after Stripe confirms a successful payment to our servers.

Checkout currently runs in Stripe sandbox (test) mode: no real charge is made. This will be announced before any change.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping or bulk extraction of data, no attempting to access other accounts or workspaces, no probing or bypassing security controls, and no submitting unlawful or misleading content through the contact form or your workspace.

Reports may be shared within your organisation and with your advisers for procurement purposes. Systematic redistribution or commercial resale of FAHIM data or reports is not permitted without written agreement.

6. Intellectual property and your content

The FAHIM name, logo, software and site content belong to the operator. The briefs and inputs you enter remain yours; you grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that figures, staffing estimates or provider information are complete, current or suitable for your decision, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including procurement decisions, contract outcomes or lost savings, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these terms: use the contact page or email fahim@limitls.ai.
