Honest answers
What counts as using my allowance?
Only a full-scope result — every selected service priced — uses one assessment, at the moment it is created. Failed, partial and insufficient-data results are always free, as are viewing, re-opening and downloading saved reports. Recalculating a report as a new version counts as a new assessment.
What happens when I use all 20 Pro assessments?
You wait for the next paid period — the allowance renews with your subscription. There is no top-up pack.
How accurate are the budget ranges?
They are computed from recorded historical Dubai facility contract rates and are labelled as history. They are not like-for-like comparisons, not current market prices and not a provider's quote — use them to frame a negotiation, then request current quotes.
Which services get computed staffing?
Cleaning and lifeguards. Security and other services use the deployed-unit quantities you enter yourself; FAHIM never invents a roster or rate for them.
Are listed providers verified?
No. Candidates come from providers' own public advertising; a listing is not a licensing, quality or availability verification. Contact each provider for a current quote.
